Condition Of Sale

The ticket(s) you have purchased is a revocable license to attend the athletic event.  It will not be replaced if lost or stolen.  If the ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches, officials or other patrons, the University of Connecticut Division of Athletics and Madison Square Garden, CT reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises. 

No refunds or exchanges will be made.  Tickets presented and used for admission once are not valid for readmission.

Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed herein is prohibited except for a surcharge not to exceed $3, for services actually rendered, as it is in violation of Connecticut law.

Management reserves the right to change the date and time of an event.

Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger including, but not limited to, personal injury and other hazards incidental to, arising from or related in any way to the use of the stadium, game, event, exhibition, or performance for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the same, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by falling, slipping, or by thrown, batted, kicked, shot, etc., objects, including, but not necessarily limited to, balls, racquets, athletic and other equipment, other spectators or players or by thrown objects.

Patrons who require accessible seating are requested to contact the Ticket Office (1-877-AT UCONN) at least 48 hours prior to the event to discuss seating needs.  Every effort will be made to accommodate all others on a space available basis.

For Football Season Tickets: All Club, Chairback and Preferred Season Ticket orders require an annual seat donation per seat.  Orders will not be processed unless the required seat donation is fulfilled.  Allocation of seats will be completed by current membership status with The UConn Club and use of the priority point system.

For Basketball Season Tickets:  Allocation of seats will be completed by current membership status with The UConn Club and use of the priority point system.
