Women's Tennis Beaten by Stony Brook
HANOVER, N.H. (February 26, 2006) - Both the University of Connecticut men's and women's tennis teams lost matches on Sunday afternoon to Stony Brook. UConn's men's team lost by a 7-0 score to drop to 0-4 on the spring while the women lost 6-1 to the Seawolves to fall to 0-5. The Stony Brook men and women now stand at 3-3 and 3-1, respectively. The competitions were played at Dartmouth's Boss Tennis Center in Hanover, N.H.

Women's Tennis Downed at Dartmouth, 5-2
HANOVER, N.H. (February 25, 2006) - Liz Dibbs and Jessica Porter both won singles matches for the University of Connecticut women’s tennis team but the Huskies fell by a 5-2 score at Dartmouth on Saturday afternoon at the Boss Tennis Center in Hanover, N.H. The Huskies dip to 0-4 on the year with the loss, their closest of the spring season. The Big Green stands at 4-4.

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (February 18, 2006) - The University of Connecticut women’s tennis team lost by a 7-0 score to Yale on Saturday afternoon in New Haven. The Huskies fall to 0-3 on the spring with the loss while the Bulldogs stay perfect at 3-0.

Women's Tennis Loses to Army and LIU
WEST POINT, N.Y. (February 11, 2006) - The University of Connecticut women’s tennis team was shut out, 7-0, by Army on Saturday evening at the U.S. Military Academy’s Lichtenberg Tennis Center in West Point, N.Y. The match came following a 6-1 defeat to Long Island to open the spring season. The Huskies fall to 0-2 on the spring with their opening day losses.

Women's Tennis Signs Kelley LoRusso
STORRS, Conn. (January 17, 2006) - Kelley LoRusso has signed a national letter of intent to play tennis at the University of Connecticut, director of tennis Glenn Marshall announced. A native of Shoreham, N.Y., LoRusso attends Shoreham-Wading River High School.
